Fresh 4U Cleaners – Mobile Laundry Service Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Fresh 4U Cleaners mobile laundry service (the “Service”). By booking or using our laundry service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1.
Booking and Payment
1.1 Booking Process
All bookings for laundry collection and delivery must be made via our website.

Upon booking, you will be required to provide accurate information regarding your laundry type, quantity, and preferred collection and delivery times etc .


1.2 Deposit and Payment
A deposit of our standard laundry amount and pickup / delivery fee of the total estimated cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the laundry service, before delivery.


Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, etc., and payment links will be provided at the time of booking.


If you prepay, the final balance will be adjusted based on the actual weight of your laundry.


1.3 Laundry Weight and Pricing
The final charge for your laundry service is based on weight, with rates provided at the time of booking. Prices may vary depending on the type of laundry (e.g., bedding, delicates, etc.).


If additional items or weights are found upon collection, the final cost will increase, and you will be notified and asked to approve any extra charges before proceeding.


2.
Collection and Delivery
2.1 Collection
Collection times will be confirmed via email or SMS. You are responsible for ensuring your laundry is ready for pickup at the scheduled time.


Our team will contact you 1 hour – 30 minutes before arrival to confirm collection.


Please ensure that your laundry is packed appropriately in a clean and secure manner for transportation.


2.2 Delivery
We will deliver your cleaned laundry within the agreed-upon timeframe. Delivery times will be confirmed at the time of booking and subject to our delivery schedule.


You will be notified of your delivery time, and a 1 hour, 30-minute window will be provided for when we expect to arrive.


2.3 Access
You are required to ensure that our team has access to your premises at the time of collection and delivery.


If access is denied or unavailable at the agreed time, you may be charged a re-scheduling or missed appointment fee.


3.
Laundry Care and Handling
3.1 Laundry Sorting
We sort laundry by fabric type, color, and washing requirements. However, we are not liable for damages that may occur due to improper laundry sorting on your part.


3.2 Items Not Accepted
Fresh 4U Cleaners will not accept the following items:


Delicate fabrics requiring dry cleaning


Items with excessive stains, damage, or items containing hazardous materials


Non-washable items (e.g., items marked with “Dry Clean Only”)


Items with personal identification or non-washable embellishments


3.3 Stain Removal
We will make reasonable efforts to remove stains, but we do not guarantee that all stains can be completely removed, especially from delicate fabrics or set-in stains.


You agree to inform us of any stains, damage, or special care requirements at the time of booking or when your laundry is collected.


3.4 Laundry Shrinkage, Fading, or Damage
Fresh 4U Cleaners is not responsible for shrinkage, fading, or damage to laundry as a result of the cleaning process, particularly for fabrics not suited for machine washing.


We recommend that you do not send items that are particularly valuable, sentimental, or fragile for cleaning. Any damaged items will be evaluated by our team, and claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving your laundry.


3.5 Loss or Theft
While every effort is made to ensure that your laundry is handled with care, Fresh 4U Cleaners is not liable for the loss or theft of personal items. Please ensure that no personal items (e.g., jewelry, money, etc.) are left in your laundry.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
4.1 Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled collection time to receive a full refund of your deposit.


Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled collection will result in a loss of the deposit.


4.2 Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled collection. A rescheduling fee of £15] may apply.


If you fail to be available for a rescheduled collection or delivery without prior notice, a missed appointment fee will apply.


5.
Refunds and Disputes
5.1 Refunds
Refunds will only be considered if the service is not provided as agreed (e.g., failure to deliver laundry within the promised timeframe or damage to items due to negligence on our part).


To request a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours after delivery, providing details of the issue.


5.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding the service must be made in writing to Fresh 4U Cleaners. We aim to resolve any issues as quickly and fairly as possible.


If a resolution cannot be reached, you may escalate the matter to dispute resolution

Limitation of Liability
6.1 General Liability
Fresh 4U Cleaners’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service.


We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from events beyond our control, such as accidents, traffic delays, weather conditions, or issues with third-party service providers.

Privacy and Data Protection
7.1 Personal Data
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information you provide will only be used for the purpose of processing your laundry service and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for payment processing, delivery, or compliance with legal obligations.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions
8.1 Changes
Fresh 4U Cleaners reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and communicated to clients via email.


These amendments will apply to all new bookings made after the changes have been posted.

Governing Law
9.1 Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of lunited kingdom and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in United Kingdom
